Mike Smith

Mike Smith is a human performance executive with a strong background in innovation and quality control. They served in the United States Air Force as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller and held various leadership positions, including Commander of the 66th Weapons Squadron and Director of Operations for the 321st Special Tactics Squadron. Currently, Mike is the Director at Darkhive and is also pursuing an Executive Leadership Seminar at the Aspen Institute. Their past roles include Task Force Director at Joint Special Operations Command and Chief of Weapons and Tactics at the 720th Special Tactics Group.
