Fred Wilson

Fred Wilson serves as the Executive Director of Mustang Soccer League since January 1990, overseeing daily operations, coach management, and facility management of the Mustang Soccer Complex. Alongside this role, Fred has been the Program Scheduler for NorCal Premier Soccer since May 2010 and an Advisor at DarkHorse since May 2023. Previously, from January 2002 to June 2022, Fred directed camps at John Doyle Soccer Camps and managed the Youth Academy for San Jose Earthquakes Soccer from January 2010 to February 2018, focusing on youth development for ages 12 to 19. Fred has also held positions as the Head Varsity Soccer Coach at Monte Vista High School from 1998 to 2005 and taught English at California High School from 1997 to 2002, where responsibilities included managing the ASB budget and coordinating school events. Fred's early career involved sales roles at Midcom Telecommunications and MCI Telecommunications Corporation. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts from California State University - East Bay, a Teaching Credential from Chapman University, and additional studies at John F. Kennedy University and the University of Missouri-Columbia.
