Raphael Danilo

Raphael Danilo is the General Manager at Gong and a co-founder and general partner at Darkmode Ventures. They co-founded Yobs, an AI co-pilot for recruiting teams, which was acquired by Gong in 2022. They currently serve as a Limited Partner at firedrop and as an Advisory Board Member at Vareto. They previously held roles at Gong, including Director of Product Management (2022–2024) and GM & Sr. Director of Product for Gong Engage and Orchestrate, and they also served as a Scout at Upfront Ventures from 2018 to 2021. They are pursuing a World Bachelor in Business degree across Bocconi, USC, and HKUST.
