Robert Schell

Robert Schell is an experienced program manager and strategic communications specialist with a robust background in information operations and media monitoring. Currently serving as Program Manager for the Department of Homeland Security's National Operations Center at DarkStar Intelligence, LLC, Robert oversees situational awareness initiatives for federal and state governments.
