Ben Vikich

Ben Vikich currently serves as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Darktrace since April 2021, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and driving annual recurring revenue through upsells and renewals. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions at MetLife, including Enterprise Account Executive from July 2019 to January 2021, and previously worked at HealthEast as a Sales Associate and Sales Trainee. Ben's early career included a Project Management Internship at Surrey Eagles Hockey Club, where the role of Executive Sales Director was also fulfilled.
