Brady Hill

Brady Hill is a seasoned sales development professional with extensive experience in driving and scaling sales teams across the Americas. Currently serving as Senior Sales Development Director at Darktrace since February 2020, Brady has successfully expanded the team from 30 to over 60 representatives while developing onboarding playbooks and collaborating with various departments to enhance pipeline delivery. Previously, in positions including Sales Development Manager and Team Lead, Brady led business development teams in Charlotte, NC, and Reston, VA, significantly contributing to training and managing new sales representatives. Earlier roles included responsibilities with Wheeler Material Handling and a brief tenure at Hyster-Yale Group focused on foundational sales development within the material handling industry. Brady is pursuing an MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology, building on a solid academic background in Business Management and Marketing from Belmont Abbey College.
