Brodie Kaster, M.S., is a transformation leader with over 13 years of experience specializing in organizational design, customer adoption, and large-scale change management. Currently the VP of Customer Experience Programmes at Darktrace, Brodie drives transformation within the global Customer Experience organization. Past roles include Insights and Strategy Analyst at the University of Southern California, Culture Change Consultant at the California Association of Student Leaders, and Math/Physics Teacher at Francis Parker School. Brodie holds a Master’s in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California and a BA in Mathematics from UC San Diego.
