Dr. Beverly McCann

Dr. Beverly McCann is an experienced professional in the fields of cyber security and biology, currently serving as the Director of Product at Darktrace since September 2019, where responsibilities have included roles such as Director of Analysis for EMEA and Principal Analyst Consultant. Prior to Darktrace, Dr. McCann contributed to genetic modification research at the MRC Mitochondrial Biology Unit, earning a PhD in Biology from the University of Cambridge in 2019. Additionally, research experience includes positions at Yale School of Medicine and Radboud University Medical Centre, focusing on mitochondrial genetics and disorders. Dr. McCann holds an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and dual master's degrees in Technical Biology and Biology from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
