Felix Norman has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as Senior Customer Success Manager and Team Lead for the Nordics region at Darktrace since September 2021. Prior to this role, Felix held positions at BG Institute from August 2019 to September 2021 as Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, and at Webhelp Nordic between 2014 and 2016 as Customer Retention Specialist and Customer Retention Coach. Felix holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Linnaeus University (2016-2019) and participated in an exchange program at Ajou University in 2018. Early education was completed at Wargentinskolan, focusing on social sciences.
