Hani El-Bay

Hani El-Bay currently serves as Associate Principal and Team Lead for Strategic Accounts at Darktrace, where responsibilities include managing a team focused on client onboarding and performance reviews, while overseeing a client portfolio valued at approximately $40 million. Hani has extensive experience in customer success, driving engagement and revenue growth for some of Darktrace's largest customers in EMEA, complemented by a background in project management and executive-level communication. Previous roles include Lincoln Fellow at Wymondham College and various leadership positions at The Cambridge Union, enhancing skills in press management, membership recruitment, and publicity. Hani holds a Master's degree in Human, Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge and is pursuing an Online Certificate in Leadership for Global Business and Politics from the Yale School of Management.
