Joe M.

Joe M. is an experienced IT Technical Architect at Darktrace since January 2019, specializing in artificial intelligence R&D, particularly in the application of large language models to enhance IT support processes. At Darktrace, Joe serves as the Technical Lead for federal IT systems, overseeing a greenfield deployment of M365 Modern Workplace, and has spearheaded the establishment of the Windows Team to manage Microsoft infrastructure. Previously, Joe worked as an Infrastructure Engineer, where contributions included security hardening of Active Directory and migrating to Sophos EDR across a substantial user base. Prior experience at Serco as an ICT Remote Engineer involved significant projects like clinician printing overhauls and M365 adoption initiatives. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Audio Music Technology from Anglia Ruskin University and a Btec National for IT Practitioners from Huntingdon Regional College.
