Kristi Hicks

Kristi Hicks has extensive experience in the field of cyber security, currently serving as a Senior Professional Services Manager at Darktrace since October 2019, where responsibilities have included technical management and team leadership in post-sales environments. Prior to Darktrace, Kristi worked as a Solution Analyst at Cerner Corporation for a brief period in 2019 and gained research experience as a Cyber Security Research Assistant at the University of Dayton, focusing on data analysis and assistance with IoT in cloud computing. Additional experience includes organizing national tournaments for ASA Women's Softball and coaching youth softball, emphasizing skill development and mentorship. Kristi holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Dayton.
