Lukas Bender

Lukas Bender currently serves as the Director of Incident Management for AMS at Darktrace, focusing on cyber security incident management and leading a high-performing team to ensure operational continuity across North America and LATAM. Bender has extensive experience in developing incident reporting frameworks and key metrics for executive decision-making. Prior roles include Senior Cyber Technology Specialist at Darktrace, where Bender conducted technical demos and partnered with clients for effective platform implementation, and Classroom Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, providing support to senior engineering students. Bender also participated in research at Technische Universität Darmstadt, developing kinetic models for polymerization, and gained experience as an R&D intern at LANDAUER, where Bender created simulation models for dosimeter design.
