Maddie Snyder is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in customer marketing, currently serving as the Director of Customer Marketing and Global Head of Customer Marketing at Darktrace since August 2018. In this role, Maddie partners with sales, customer success, and marketing leadership to develop a comprehensive customer experience marketing strategy and manages a team of three global direct reports focused on customer advocacy and expansion.
