Martha Gray

Martha Gray currently serves as Senior Director of EMEA Enterprise Renewals at Darktrace, having transitioned to this role in March 2023 after previously holding the position of Senior Director for UK&I & MEA renewals and Renewals Director. Prior to this, Martha worked at BetterUp as an Enterprise Account Executive and at Darktrace as Senior Account Director and EMEA Team Lead. Early career experience includes a role as Programmes and Community Coordinator at Founders Pledge, where Martha coordinated initiatives for socially responsible entrepreneurs, and as a Regional Representative at Red Bull. Martha holds a First Class Bachelor of Science in Politics and International Relations from the University of Bristol, earned between 2014 and 2017, and completed education at Wellington College from 2008 to 2013.
