Michael Ferreira has extensive experience in the field of IT support and cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Technical Manager for Customer Support at Darktrace since July 2018, Michael has advanced through roles including Team Lead for Cyber Detect Support and Cyber Operations Support Engineer, focusing on maximizing client utilization of AI-powered cybersecurity solutions. Prior experience includes leading the IT support team at Chico State IT Support Services, where responsibilities included supervising Service Desk Analysts and managing ticket assignments, as well as providing direct support to the university community.
