Michael Woodworth

Michael Woodworth is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in executive and talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as an Executive & GTM Recruiter at Darktrace since February 2024, Michael collaborates with the Executive and Go-to-Market Leadership teams to recruit top leadership and sales talent in the Americas. In addition to this role, Michael contributes as an Advisory Board Member for the Customer Experience Program at the University of Colorado Boulder. Previous roles include a senior management position at VMware, where Michael established the Executive Sourcing function, and significant recruitment roles at Microsoft, Aconex, and Deloitte. Expanding a career that began in 1998 as an IT Recruiter, Michael has continuously demonstrated expertise in sourcing, diversity, and talent acquisition strategy development. Michael holds an AAS degree in Marketing, Management, and Sales from the State University of New York Cortland and SUNY - BCC.
