Mikaela Geller

Mikaela Geller currently serves as the Global Employee Lead for the Women’s Employee Resource Group (EmpowHER) and as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Darktrace, where employment began in January 2022. Additional roles at Darktrace include Regional Lead for the UK&I division of EmpowHER and Recruitment Coordinator. Prior to Darktrace, Mikaela Geller worked as an Administrative Assistant at NHS from December 2020 to December 2021, providing administrative support across multiple trusts. Experience also includes a position as a Room Leader at Buttercups Childcare Ltd in 2020 and a Welcome Desk role at Middlesex University Students' Union from September 2017 to July 2018. Mikaela Geller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Middlesex University, completed in 2019, and A levels in Photography, Film Studies, and English Literature from Long Road Sixth Form College. Education was initiated at Swavesey Village College, with completion in 2011.
