Mohammed Kharodia

Mohammed Kharodia is a seasoned Cyber Infrastructure Engineer at Darktrace, with experience in both post-sales and pre-sales roles since January 2020. In the post-sales position, responsibility includes managing the contract process for Accelerator and Enterprise accounts and overseeing the deployment of Darktrace solutions for global clients. As a pre-sales engineer, tasks involved physical installations of Darktrace appliances and designing custom client integrations using AWS, Azure, and virtualization technologies. Prior to Darktrace, Kharodia served as a Technical Support Analyst at The Access Group, creating SQL scripts to troubleshoot data issues, and worked as a Product Support Consultant at Tesco, providing customer service support. Kharodia holds a BSc in Computing from De Montfort University, where skills in IT support and network maintenance were developed during an industrial placement year at Newbridge High School.
