Stephen Pickman is currently the SVP Engineering at Darktrace, where they have played a pivotal role in advancing cybersecurity technology since 2017. They initially joined Darktrace as a Software Engineer before moving on to become Development Product Lead and then taking on their current senior role. Prior to Darktrace, Stephen gained valuable experience as a Process Development Chemist at Johnson Matthey, where they worked on innovative Low-Field NMR techniques and contributed to significant projects during multiple summer internships. They hold a degree in Natural Science with a focus on Physics from the University of Cambridge, which they completed in 2017.
