Tom Francis

Tom Francis currently serves as the Global Employee Lead for the Neurodiversity & Ability Employee Resource Group and as Director Analyst Consultancy at Darktrace. Since February 2022, Tom has been a trustee on the Board of Trustees for the DMRC Benevolent Fund, overseeing a charity budget of approximately £2 million. Previous roles include Strategy Consultant at Trust Point Exchange and Chief of Staff for Equities at Berenberg, where Tom contributed to business strategy through data analysis. Tom’s extensive military experience includes leading cyber defense planning at the UK Ministry of Defence and serving various roles in the British Army, including Chief of Staff and operational leadership. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in International History and International Politics from The University of Sheffield and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
