Tom Tharby

Tom Tharby has a strong background in financial roles, starting as an Audit Assistant at Baker Tilly before moving on to become an Audit Supervisor at RSM UK. At JDR Cable Systems, Tom worked their way up to Financial Analyst, Financial Controller, and eventually Group Financial Controller. Currently, Tom serves as the Head of Operational Accounting at Darktrace. Throughout their career, Tom has demonstrated leadership skills in finance functions, financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
