Tyler Flaim is a Senior Customer Success Manager and Team Lead at Darktrace, where they leverage a consultative approach to enhance customer relationships. Tyler began their entrepreneurial journey by founding Rocking Door Pulls in middle school, ultimately expanding the business to over thirty retail stores. They also co-founded GREENLIGHT LED Solutions, focusing on delivering operational savings through innovative lighting solutions. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Georgia Southern University, Tyler has a diverse background that includes experience as a luthier apprentice and sales intern.
