Will Stanford

Will Stanford is a Senior Legal Counsel and Commercial Team Lead at Darktrace since March 2023, bringing extensive experience in commercial law and litigation. Previously at Fieldfisher from August 2019 to February 2023, Will served as a Solicitor in Tech, Data and IP Litigation, handling significant multi-million pound cases and securing settlements for major tech firms. Prior roles include Business Affairs Executive at BBC Studios, Paralegal at Channel 4 and WPP, and Community Manager at Fat Llama. Will holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Oxford and has completed an MBA Essentials at LSE, along with an LPC and LLM from The University of Law.
