Chris Mitchell

Chris Mitchell is an accomplished culinary professional currently serving as Group Head Chef at Darling Group since September 2022. With a robust background in kitchen management, Chris previously held the position of Head Chef at Top Paddock from January 2018 to October 2022, and served as Executive Chef at Drovers Dog from February 2014 to September 2017, overseeing operations across multiple venues in Amsterdam. Earlier experience includes being Head Chef at Drovers Dog Amsterdam and Sous Chef at Comme, a prestigious 1 Hat restaurant, as well as roles at Crown Melbourne Limited and Alto. Training began as an Apprentice at Alto and progressed through various kitchen positions, demonstrating a strong foundation in culinary skills and leadership.
