Brian Banks

Brian Banks is a data-driven leader and business analyst with nearly two decades of experience in transforming complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making. They have developed and implemented data strategies at organizations like USAID, where they led a $450M+ annual global water portfolio initiative. Currently, as the Director of Enterprise Analytics & Impact at DARO, they support mission-based organizations in leveraging analytics to scale impact. Brian has also held strategic positions at Global Water Challenge and the Global Environment and Technology Foundation, where they managed significant projects and drove innovations in data management. They earned a B.A. in International Studies and pursued an M.A. in International Politics with a focus on Development and Human Rights from American University.
