Michael Lenczner

Lenczner is the CEO and co-founder of DARO, guiding social change organizations to manage data effectively. Lenczner founded Powered by Data, which from 2013 to 2021 worked with non-profits, funders and governments to open up data and increase the sector's capacity to use information effectively. Lenczner is co-founder and board member of Ile Sans Fil, a social-economy organization providing free public wireless internet access in Montreal, QC. Earlier roles include serving as a network administrator for Institut Panafricain pour le Développement (IPD) / Oxfam Québec (2002–2003) and working as a technology consultant (Self-employed) from 2003 to 2009.
