Lana Borenstein is a Barrister and Solicitor with a diverse academic background in history, having obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History from Queen's University. Lana also earned a Master of Arts in Political Science from Carleton University, where their research focused on the federal representation of women and minorities in government. In addition to their graduate studies, Lana pursued a Juris Doctor at the University of Alberta and continues education at Utrecht University in Law. Currently, Lana serves as Legal Intelligence Counsel at Darrow, while previously gaining valuable experience through various roles in law and policy, including a position as a Policy Analyst for Employment and Social Development Canada.
