Peter Gašperšič is currently the Chief Sustainability Officer and a member of the Management Board at DARS d.d., a position held since 2020. They previously served as the Minister of Infrastructure at the Ministry of Infrastructure from 2014 to 2018 and held several roles in the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, including Deputy Director General and State Secretary, between 2010 and 2020. Before their tenure in these ministries, they acted as the Director General at the Ministry of Transport from 2009 to 2010. In addition to their extensive experience in public service, Peter is pursuing a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at the University of Ljubljana.
