Jonathan Haloua has had a diverse work experience in the food industry. Jonathan has worked as the Director of Sales in both Fortune Fish & Gourmet and D'Artagnan. In D'Artagnan, they have also held the positions of Senior Sales Manager South Florida and South Florida Sales Manager. Prior to their sales roles, Jonathan served as the Chef De Cuisine at The Palms Hotel & Spa. Jonathan also had extensive experience as an Executive Chef and Manager at La Fleur Restaurant, where they received a Four Diamond Award. Jonathan has also been the Executive Chef and Managing Partner at Ze cafe & Ze to Go, as well as the Director of Operations at Food Is Good Inc., where they opened and managed multiple restaurants. Jonathan started their career as the Owner and Operator of Sing Island Cafe.

Jonathan Haloua attended Ecole Hôtelière de Paris Lycée Jean Drouant from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Professional Chef Diploma (C.A.P.) in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Jonathan also earned a Hotel and Restaurant Professional Studies Diploma (B.E.P.) in Culinary Arts/Chef Training during the same period. Later, Jonathan pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management / BTN Hotellerie et Restauration from 1994 to 1996 at the same institution. Their education primarily focused on Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager.
