Bill Wigley

Bill Wigley has over 20 years of experience in IT roles, starting as a Computer Operator and Unix Administrator at ATA Airlines in 1998. Bill managed over 100 servers and provided technical assistance to thousands of employees. In 2008, they joined ChaCha Search as a Systems Administrator, where they implemented network monitoring and managed hundreds of CentOS Linux servers. In 2017, they worked as a Systems Architect at Boosterville before transitioning to DartPoints as a Systems Engineer. In this role, they designed policies and procedures for integrating site operations and implemented data center environmental monitoring.

Bill Wigley obtained an Associates of Applied Science degree in Computer programming from PCI between 1996 and 1998. In addition to their degree, they have acquired a number of certifications including ITIL 4 Managing Professional, ITIL 4 Specialist Drive Stakeholder Value, ITIL 4 Specialist Create, Deliver and Support, ITIL 4 Strategist Direct, Plan and Improve, ITIL 4 Specialist High - Velocity IT, ITIL Foundation Level, Zerto Certified Professional Enterprise Engineer 8.0, Learning ITIL®, CompTIA Linux+ (Powered by LPI), LPIC-1, Red Hat Linux RHCT, CompTIA Cloud+, and AWS Certified SysOps Administrator–Associate. The certifications were obtained at various times between 2017 and 2022 from institutions such as AXELOS Global Best Practice, Zerto, LinkedIn, CompTIA, Linux Professional Institute, Red Hat, and Amazon Web Services.
