CarRon Cooper has extensive work experience in the technology industry. In 2003, they started working at VENYU as a Systems Engineer, where they were responsible for managing and supporting various service catalog offerings. CarRon also provided project management for new implementations and pre-sales engineering for service provider offerings, including disaster recovery and cloud computing. Cooper's role also involved being a Citrix Enterprise Administrator, Exchange Administrator, and RSA Implementation specialist. CarRon managed the Blackberry Enterprise Server as well. In 2023, they joined DartPoints as a Business Delivery Manager.
CarRon Cooper obtained an Associates degree in Information Technology from ITI Technical College, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. In addition, they received a certification in ITIL from EXIN management consultants in April 2013.
