Charles Carlos has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Charles is currently the General Manager at DartPoints, where they lead the Midwest regional sales strategy and execution. Prior to that, they were the VP of Sales for N. America at Virsae, where they exceeded sales targets and managed a remote sales team.

Before Virsae, Charles worked at Windstream as the Director of Enterprise Sales, responsible for territory growth and coaching their team to exceed sales quotas. Charles also has experience at Lumen Technologies, where they were a Senior ISV Relationship Manager, building and managing relationships with software industry customers.

Charles began their career at Sprint as a Senior Area Sales Manager, leading a sales team and selling various technology solutions to enterprise and public sector clients. Overall, Charles has a strong background in sales, customer acquisition, and team management in the technology industry.

Charles Carlos pursued their undergraduate coursework in Philosophy from The Ohio State University from 1989 until 1992. Then, they attended Franklin University from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, as well as an MBA with a specialization in Business Administration. In addition to their degrees, Charles obtained the certification of Miller Heiman Group Certified Sales Professional from Miller Heiman Group in July 2015.
