Capt Ved Singh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and customer success across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Implementations, Customer Success, and Strategic Partnerships at Darwinbox since April 2020, Capt Ved Singh focuses on transforming workforce and technology interactions. Previously, experience includes roles as Vice President and SBU Head at ZingHR, Head of Human Resource at Jamna Auto Industries Ltd., and Senior Manager of Human Resource at WLC College India Ltd. Additionally, Capt Ved Singh served as a Captain in the Indian Army from October 2003 to September 2009. Educational qualifications include a General Management Programme specializing in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Delhi University.
