Niran Narang currently serves as an Engagement Manager at Darwinbox, leading the delivery of HCM solutions across the SEA region through project management, configuration, and stakeholder engagement. Previous roles include Senior Implementation Specialist at Amadeus, focusing on travel management systems implementation and service design, and Implementation Lead at AES Group Ltd, where Niran oversaw the design and deployment of an ERP system. Niran also possesses experience in product engineering and sales within the integrated security sector, and has contributed to significant projects in seismic monitoring and banking systems. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Information Technology, obtained from Mahidol University International College, Niran combines technical expertise with a strong focus on customer-driven outcomes.
