Pradeep Agarwal

Pradeep Agarwal has extensive experience in operations and implementation within the technology and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as the Implementation Head and Associate Director at Darwinbox since April 2019, Pradeep has progressed through various roles including Senior Implementation Manager and Product Specialist. Prior to this, Pradeep held the position of Vice President Operations at JustLikeNew.In, where responsibilities included customer acquisition and B2B client engagement. Pradeep also served as City Manager for Fix-O-Phone, an online mobile repair service, and worked as a Management Trainee at NEC Technologies India Ltd. and as an Associate Software Engineer at CGI. Pradeep holds an MBA in Marketing and Operations from ICFAI Business School and an engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Global Institute of Technology.
