Rohit Kumar has substantial experience in payroll management, having worked in various roles across multiple companies since July 2015. Starting as a Payroll Executive at Mynd Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Rohit progressed to a Payroll Associate at Excelity Global and then to a Payroll Specialist at PeopleStrong, where responsibilities included payroll processing, FNF, statutory compliance, TDS, and Form 16 documentation. In October 2019, Rohit advanced to Senior Payroll Executive at ASCENT CONSULTING SERVICES PVT LTD, focusing on payroll verification. Currently, Rohit serves as Team Leader of Payroll and Compliances at Darwinbox, overseeing a team of 4-5 associates. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR and Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a BBA from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
