Shaswat Kumar

Shaswat Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shaswat currently holds the position of SVP Customer Success and Delivery at Darwinbox, where they aim to drive business success by transforming HR functions and partnering with world-class organizations. In addition, Shaswat is a Board Member at Compport, a Total Compensation Management Software company, where they help simplify compensation challenges to enhance employee productivity and organizational performance. Prior to this, they served as Asia Leader and Vice President at Alight Solutions, focusing on establishing the company as a preferred partner for HR and business solutions. Shaswat also worked at Aon in various roles, including Partner in HR Transformation and Cloud Solutions and Practice Leader in Hewitt's HR Effectiveness group. Shaswat's early career includes roles at Module One India Private Limited and Arvind Mills, where they gained valuable experience in consulting and international sales, respectively.

Shaswat Kumar attended Sawan Public School from 1985 to 1993, where they obtained their All India Senior Secondary School Examination certification. Shaswat then enrolled at Delhi College of Engineering from 1993 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering. Finally, Shaswat attended the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade from 1997 to 1999, obtaining a Master of International Business degree.
