Darwind was born from the observation that the current model of consulting firms did not allow to get a Win for the 3 parties involved: the consultant, the client and the company. 

We have developed a different model, driven by the motivation of the consultant as first factor of success of a project. We proactively manage the "stretch"​ on the missions in order to ensure proactive delivery on the one hand and growth of the employee's competences and learnability on the other hand.

Our consultants work on the bridge between Technology and Business. We help our clients through change and evolution (ex: Project/ Program Manager, Process Manager, PMO, Product Owner, Change Manager, Solution Architect, Scrum Master,..)
