Marcel Kicken

Marcel Kicken is a Senior Jurist at DAS Rechtsbijstand, where they have worked since 2009, focusing on labor law, social security law, and pension law. In this role, they assist both employees and employers in legal disputes, providing support during legal proceedings when necessary. Marcel also serves as a Senior Pension Jurist and acts as an external legal advisor to the pension committee at DAS. Currently, they volunteer as a taalmaatje at Humanitas and previously handled legal disputes for union members at FNV Bondgenoten from 2006 to 2009. Marcel holds a master’s degree in Dutch Law from Universiteit Maastricht and is a certified Pension Lawyer through the VU Law Academy.
