Adriano Silva

Adriano Silva is a production, planning, and processes manager with a postgraduate degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. They have extensive experience in production management, processes, and project oversight across various sectors including automotive, paper and cellulose, and food industries in Brazil, Italy, Mexico, and Colombia. Notably, they delivered a zero-capex process improvement that resulted in a cost reduction of R$ 5.2 million annually while working at Dexco. Currently, Adriano serves as a production manager at Dasa, after previously holding roles in project coordination and production management at Kaizen House and Fani Metais e Acessórios.
