Fernando Koja

Fernando Koja is a Gerente de Gente, Gestão e Cultura at Dasa, where they focus on enhancing people management and organizational culture. With a degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from the Universidade de São Paulo, Fernando began their career in HR at Raízen, later contributing to initiatives at TODXS and Humana. They participated in a trainee program at Grupo SBF, developing leadership strategies in the sports retail sector, and have been instrumental in creating high-performance teams through talent development and cultural engagement initiatives. Currently, Fernando is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Creativity, Experiences & Communities at ESPM.
