José Leite is a seasoned medical professional currently serving as the Coordenador Médico (MD Head) for PET-CT at DASA-RJ since 2008. They previously held the same position at Unimed-Rio and Americas from 2011 to 2020 and 2013 to 2020, respectively. José completed their Mestrado in Radiologia at UFRJ and holds an MBA in Gestão em Saúde from COPPEAD UFRJ. Their academic background also includes a Research Fellowship in PET-CT at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and a Nuclear Medicine Residency from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
