Roberto Papaleo

Roberto Papaleo has a robust background in financial analysis and planning, with significant experience in various roles across multiple companies. Starting as an Analista Financeiro at Roche Diagnostics from April 2007 to February 2012, Roberto conducted P&L studies, sales analysis, and inventory controls. This was followed by a position as Analista de Planejamento Financeiro II at Grupo Fleury from April 2013 to September 2014, where responsibilities included managing budgets for revenue and general expenses for over 300 units. Roberto then advanced to roles at Grupo DASA from September 2017 to August 2021, serving as Coordenador de Planejamento e Performance and later as Gerente Executivo de Planejamento e Performance, focusing on financial closure and business support. In addition, Roberto worked at Unigel as Analista de Controladoria Pleno from February 2012 to March 2013, contributing to cash flow analysis and the implementation of the Hyperion system. Roberto holds an MBA in Business Management and Finance from FIA Business School, a postgraduate degree in Controladoria from FECAP, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidade Anhanguera São Paulo.
