Tom Rodrigues

Tom Rodrigues is the Founder of Youma and a Product & Design Leader, currently overseeing the development of a platform aimed at enhancing career navigation through personalized tools and insights. They have served as a Design Mentor at Awari and adplist.org, guiding individuals in their career development. Previously, Tom held various roles including Head of Design at YDUQS, Senior UX Designer at Serasa Experian, and Senior Product Designer at Revelo, contributing significantly to user experience and product strategy in diverse fields. Tom’s early career included appointments as a Design Professor at Senac and a Founding Partner at Agência Nummero. They are pursuing an MBA in Business Management at Ibmec, expected to be completed in 2024.
