Rupesh Kumar BS has held various roles in the tech industry since 2000. Rupesh began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Infosys in 2000. In 2007, they moved to Adva as a Software Developer. In 2008, they joined Ciena as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2009, they became a Tech Lead at Tech Mahindra. In 2011, they worked as a Senior Software Contractor at Yahoo!. In 2012, they were appointed Technical Manager at HCL Technologies. In 2018, they became the Director at Dasceq. Currently, they are the Director of Engineering and Senior Software Architect at dAlchemy.

Rupesh Kumar BS holds a Micromasters in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, obtained in May 2021. Rupesh also holds a BE in Electronics & Communication from PESIT, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
