dasDUR is a creative music production collective based in Berlin.
Founded in 2012 by music director and composer Christian Steinhäuser, dasDUR brings together an international team of composers, producers, engineers, artists and conductors who craft bespoke music for film, television, and immersive media.
Our work blends artistry and precision, from original composition to music supervision, direction, and full-scale production. Collaborating with Berlin’s exceptional orchestras, international orchestras and world-class musicians, we shape soundtracks that resonate on both an emotional and cinematic level.

dasDUR creative core is rooted in Berlin’s legendary Studios, with a composers’ atelier in Mitte, historic and cultural heart of the city.
Through our close partnerships with Teldex Studio Berlin, Studio Babelsberg and Rotor Post, we provide a seamless, end-to-end music production experience, made to measure from the first note to final mix.
