Marilyn Mercado

Marilyn Mercado currently serves as the Property Database Manager at DASH, overseeing residential development projects for various property types since August 2023. Holding a licensed realtor position at eXp Realty since September 2019, Marilyn has extensive experience in the real estate industry, previously working as a licensed REALTOR ® at Macken Realty. Additional experience includes roles as an Insurance Coordinator at Provenance Wealth Advisors, where management of a significant life insurance pipeline occurred, and as a Short Sale Negotiator & Processor at Processing Specialists, Inc. Marilyn's foundational work in the mortgage sector began with positions in processing and managing mortgage applications at Trust House Mortgage, First Trust Mortgage Corporation, and Kiesel Mortgage Inc. Marilyn is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR).
