Bo (Brian) Qu has over two decades of experience in software development and engineering. Starting as a Software Test Engineer and Test team leader at Neusoft from 2000 to 2003, Bo then transitioned to a Java Developer, executing full SDLC tasks to enhance software functionality. At IBM, from March 2005 to September 2009, Bo served as a Technical Team Lead focusing on performance engineering.
