Sandra Young

Sandra Young has over 10 years of work experience in the field of technical support. Sandra started their career at Penske Logistics as a Telecommunications Assistant, where they provided technical support for various systems and installed new components. In 2009, they joined Quartermaster Inc. as a Sr. Technical Support Manager, responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and high availability of critical infrastructure. Since 2018, Sandra has been working at Dasha as the Head of Technical Support, where they oversee system administration, manages software and hardware systems, and develops business continuity plans.

Sandra Young has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Eastern Michigan University. Furthermore, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Computer Science at Stony Brook University.
